Hyperlink in box

I have a form with text that refers to a web site. the box only contains a web site nothing else. can I make this box auto make hyperlink when adding text to the record? in otherwords I create new record - type data in the webaddress box like this "webaddress.com" without quotes. then goto the next field and have that field with "webaddress.com" change to a hyerlink
