Hyperlink In A Report?

Can i use a hyperlink in a report? i have set the field to a hyperlink, but i can't actually click on it.

will i have to copy the report and make it a form so i can use hyperlinks?

the user will be able to click on a field(hyperlink) and goto another report.

Sounds like you're trying to create a report to be used as a form. Why not create a form instead of a report based on the same query/table, and the hyperlink will work. Hope this helps.
