I have a drawing in Visio 2000 that has multiple hyperlinks to other pages on the same document. I have run across an instance where when you attempt to go to the Hyperlink, all I get is a blank sheet with a placeholder (what looks like an envelope). This only occurs on some workstations, however on some it works great.. I have checked for all the settings and they all seem identical....please help.
