Hello.

I've got two database fields in an Acces database called Link_Description and Link_URL.

I'm creating a Hyperlink on the Link_Description with the Link_URL as a parameter.

This works fine except when the database field is empty. It displays a underlined dash which links to nowhere (its a underlined space).

Question: how do i get rid of this empty link?

I could create a stylesheet that turns of the underline of hyperlinks but i would rather use a more elegant solution.

Any suggestions?

Kind regards,

Here's how an .ASP URL should look:
<a href=&quot; x_Domain %>&quot; target=&quot;0&quot;><%= x_Domain %></a>

(Target 0 means open the link in a new window)

If there's no data there, there will be nothing there, not even a space.

If your problem is because of a FrontPage Database Wizard problem, then that's a different issue.

ElEye,

yes, it's a FP database wizard problem. I constructed the field with the wizard and made it a Hyperlink.
