hyperlink doesn't work in ActiveX Viewer

With a crystal reports 8.5 report running on Crystal Enterprise 8.0, I have a report with a hyperlink that works in Java Viewer but not in ActiveX viewer. I have it set to allow DrillDown in the Console Manager. I also found the following thread on crystal Knowledge Base, but not sure where to make the change, which file?

Set the 'WindowAllowDrillDown' property to 'True'.

Were you able to resolve this? I have the same problem. The link works on most PCs, but on some links do not work with the activx viewer.

I went into the Crystal Management Console, Under Server Management and Servers, then Choose the Crystal Web Component Server. Under DHTML, ActiveX and Java Viewer, I had to check the Drilldown for more Details box.
