Hyperlink Dialog

Hi all -
Using VS2003

Added hyperlink to my webform

When I click on navigateURL property ellipsis
I receive dia. box to select another form
I navigate to the project and do so.

But dia box does not show options for
doc relative, root relative, or absolute

How do I set one of these options in designer?

In the dialog box there is a URL Type dropdown list.
