I have a page where I went to -->page properties--
>Background-->hyperlink. Here I chose black. I also
chose black for the visited hyperlink. When I view the
page in the browser and in preview, the colors are
exactly as I chose.

I also had a picture for a background in one cell. I was
careful to refer to the picture on the internet site, not
on my computer. This also shows perfectly in the browser.

I save this page as "email_web_pages.htm" to send by
email in outlook, so that the page shows to the recipient instead of sending an attachment. When I select "new" to send the e-mail, the colors of the hyperlinks are blue!!! And there is NO background picture.

When I send this page to myself by e-mail, the hyperlinks
are purple!! And still no background picture.

Why???

Hi dance,
what version of Outlook are you using?
Do you have the send mail as html enabled?
