Hyperion Reports Error: Connection Refused 1

When I start Hyperion Reports for Essbase (6.5.3.0), I am asked to login. When I login, I get this error message:

Connection refused to host: [127.0.0.1:1064]; nested exception java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused
[/tt]
[OK]​

I have an idea that this has something to do with java on the server, but really I have no clue.

Any ideas?

Wow, been a while since I posted this one.

In case anyone cares, this problem occured after a server reboot.

The services did not come up in proper order. Specifically, the MSSQLServer service needed to be recycled, then the Hyperion Reports services. Once I did this, it worked well.
