Hypercore R2 2008 - how do I restart server config and cmd prompt 1

Log out and then log back in.
Or CTRL-ALT-DELETE, then select the FILE --> RUN menu from Task Manager and type CMD.EXE.
Once you are at the command prompt you want to run SCONFIG.
