I need a kick-start. I just got to a new organization, they have Windows 2008 with Hyper-V hosting an Exchange and a SharePoint server. It has a 4-port NIC card with only one port plugged into the network. I want to add at least one more connection to increase throughput. What is the correct way to do this? Load balancing in Windows, Or add it to the virtual switch? A link to documentation is fine. Thanks.
