We have recently deployed an Application Server to a customer on 11.1.2.2.6 build 2. Every day or two the Voicemail Pro connection will go down randomly and requires a restart of the Hyper-V VM for it to come back up. When it goes down the server Web Control shows the service as running but it will time out if you try and stop or restart the service from here.
Memory does not appear to be the fault and only shows about 75% utilization at its peak.
Does anyone know of any bugs or similar experiences? We are currently waiting for Avaya to come back on a ticket we have recently opened.
