hyper link to page inside pdf document

In HTML it is possible to use an anchor to link from one page to a spot on another page.

Is it possible to make a link from an html page to page 6 on a 13 page pdf document?

That depends on the PDF reader, presumably... Or whether or not there are anchoring abilities built into the PDF specs.

Have a read through them (I assume there are some), to find out.
