Hybrid 7300 sets and TN 762 requirements

Hi,
Does anyone know if the the TN 762, TN 762Band 7300, and 9000 series wireless sets require any additional hardware or software for installation?
I found the Avaya "minimum vintage guide" which states they wont work in a G6540 nor with CM6 or greater.

However are there any options that need to b eabled or purchased to get them working?
