HXDL.exe error

I am running Windows 2000 Professional and I keep getting a Program Error message stating "HXDL.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created."

I believe HXDL.exe is associated with Attune software so I shut that down but still received the error. Dell support told me to reinstall Windows ME (which is what came with the hard drive) but I would rather not do that.

I've just had a client ask me about this also, apparently its spyware included with Attune with Corel Draw... have a look at
