Hunting to Voicemail

A phone is set FDN 1848(voicemail DN) and Hunt is set to 1848 with a LHK 1 but the phone is not forwarding to voicemail and suggestions?

Sorry, A bit of a newbie here but you appear to be hunting to 4072 not 1848. Will this make a difference?

Yep. Change the HUNT to 1848 and that should take care of it.

Yes he's hunting to a different number than voicemail. Hunting to a number is when keys are busy fdn is for when you don't pick up. So Mcgruff if he does as you say his phone will go to voicemail when his keys are busy and not hunt to another phone so the call can be answered.

Yes Nortellian but,
He stated in his first post what his FDN and Hunt is (1848) but his print of the TN shows the hunt going somewhere else! We were only saying that if he wants hunt to go ot 1848 he needs to change it because his TN shows hunt going 4072 not 1848! Sorry thats all I was trying to say!
