I was asked to set up a RR hunt group for 10 users but they want it to forward to a manager if all the agents are busy or dont answer.
I tried set up a RR with a PLdn for a lin group in it - thinking that - the calls would go in to the RR group, ring round and if no answer would go in to the Lin goup via the 2nd PLDN, then ring round the RR extensions again going to the manager DN if no answer.
I put all the RR extensions in this group as well followed by the managers dn.
But it doesn't seem to work
any ideas where i'm going wrong?
