Hi all,

i would like to ask regarding hunting line.

We have hunting line that use for external caller on tn 2 3,
how to setting it just for receive call only from external not used for call to external ?

The easiest way I know is to create a new COT route other than "1" as this one is member "9" (RTMB 1 9) in LD 16. Once you have created a new route then change the COT TN 002 0 00 03 to the new route in LD 14.

Make sure that the new route isn't listed in any RLI tables in LD 86. This won't affect any incoming calls.

i got this PABX from former IT without any handover regarding programing nortel pabx.

You really need to get someone who knows about the Nortel system to assist you as this could be tricky if you don't have any experience.

Questions I have to you are..

Are you able you access the phone system?
Do you know the login details?.
Is remote access available etc?

Hi

Are you able you access the phone system? yes, i have, i do my basic command on LD 20
Do you know the login details?. yes
Is remote access available etc? no it just stand alone PC connected to PABX.

You need to go into other programming areas such as LD 14, 86 etc.

I would download Gene's NTP guide as a good reference point.
