Hi, I have a BC10 system.currently had installed a new ISDN2 for a Call centre.But the system do not has ACD license.
The requirement is as follow :
1. Day time the incoming call to the main line(MMM) must hunt to a group of extensions.I had programmed a hunt group(HHH) & is working fine via NUTRI entry=MMM PRE=HHH.
2, But night time,the incoming call has to divert to external mobile phone after duty hour. ahd tried a few methods but still can get it work.
3. By the way,can the hunting work on NO ANSWER ot only work on busy.
