I use GHDAP but it don't have group 11111
What can I do now?

11111 comes under extension number series.

"EXTENSION NUMBER SERIES 10600 - 11139"

try with different number series; like 4xxx , which is not assigned there.

I tried with 4xxx but it's not accepted.
But when I try with 10111,it's ok.
"EXTENSION NUMBER SERIES 10110 - 10111 "
Now I have 4 group 10070,10111,10888 and 708.
I'm really don't understand EXTENSION NUMBER SERIES stand for?
Would you please help me to understand it?
If you don't mind,could you send me document about it?

oops my mistake. 11111 is extension number series, and it will have to work, unless it is not assigned.

before you assign the group, check whether it is assiged somewhere else

Because I contact my provider already.But they told I have to join training course of them . I'm a newcomer at my company, I can't joint that course.
