Hello everyone!

We have two 2250 consoles that get answered during the day. The DID's are set up in the day route to ring to the 2250's and the night route rings directly to individual extensions (based on DID dialed).

We want the 2250's to only ring 10 times during the day, and if not answered, to ring directly to the extension. I have attempted many things, but this goes beyond my scope of programming knowledge on 11c. Any ideas on how to make this work?

Thank's in advance!

I think in the ATT data block you can set the timers and a overflow destination:

TYPE ATT_DATA
CUST 00
OPT ABDD AHA EBIN BIXA BLA BOHD CHDD DNCA DRE
DNX DRE FACD IC2 XTG IDP XLF XBL
FKA MCTD NCA CUI MWUD LOD PSD RECA
REA SYA SLD SIAD THPA ATDA
ATDN 1898
NCOS 7
CWUP YES
CWCL 2 4
CWTM 10 20
CWBZ NO NO
EFLL 0
MATT NO
RTIM 30 30 30
ATIM 0
AQTT 30 ----------------this one for the timer in seconds
AODN 3044--------this one for the destination (cdn for us)
SPVC 00
SBLF NO

Hope this helps

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

You may also need to setup AADN for each console (ld 12) and ATIM (ld 15)

the OVDN only works for calls waiting in queue, the AADN works only for calls presented to the loop key (bussing at console)
