We have a big problem here. I hope anyone understands it and knows a solution. Our serviceprovider doesn't!!
We have some huntgroups. Some people are seated in serveral huntgroups. Sometimes, even if they are deactivated in de Huntgroups (key GDH is used) and this is visable on the telephone, they still get phonecalls from the huntgroups! So, it seems like de key GHD doesn't work in busy times. Our serviceprovider said to activate the key FDN to get the phonecall back in the queue but this doesn't work if the people are in different huntgroups ofcourse. This serviceprovider says "let them NOT use the GHD-KEY". Whell, that is the category "if one of your doors in your car don't open, let it be closed"...
