Hi,

I am running an SCN with three IP Office 500 V2 systems, version 8.1(69) on all three.

I have a number of hunt groups set to collective ring (not collective call waiting), I was curious as to how that deals with multiple calls at the same time or very close together:

So assuming all member phones are being prsented with the call1, what happens to call2 if it arrives before call1 is answered? does it overflow to the overflow group because group members are available?, no queing is enabled so it wont be queueing.

Regards
Chris

it will overflow to the overflow group if present otherwise it will give busy because all extns are busy(ringing)

I would almost never configure a group with a DDI without queuing.
