Huntgroup Rad announcement timer

I know this is proabably staring me in the face, but where can I change a timer to make a hunt group RAD announcement play earlier when a huntgroup is called?


Basically a customer has a their main number stripped of 3 digits (200) which rings on set 200 (operator), I've then set the first alternative to ring a voice huntgroup with a RAD huntgroup assigned as first RAD- (with two rads in it of rad set 10) this plays a 'call is in a queue' type message (There is only one multicall added as a member which appears on several sets as well as 200 as 'overflow', second alternative on set 200 is set as the Vmail pilot. I have set the system options call re-routing timer to 45 and the call fwd no answer timer on set 200's cos at 10. This works really well as a caller gets a waiting message played to them and if it's still not answered it returns to set 200's vmail box. It took a while to get it working!!

With your setup, the timer for the rad will not start until the the overflow hunt group is engaged.

Then, it is governed by the no answer timer of the COS of the hunt group (Or the first member is cos not assigned to HG)
