Huntgroup "Not Available?

Hello. I'm having problems with a hunt group - error "That Extension is Not Available" is intermittently given folks dial the menu option that puts them through to said hunt group.

Having trouble nailing this down. Ideas?

Is this thru the AA? If it is the HG DN in the path then I would make sure you have the latest patches.
