Huntgroup Enable/Disable

Can any enlighten me to this little bug:
Randomly my IP403 likes to disable random users in the huntgroup.
We don't notice all afternoon thinking its just quiet, when someone calls our mobiles to tell us that our phones are down. Any help would be greatly appreciated

what versions of software are u running and are u using phone manager pro?

And what stations are you using?
First i alway,s remove the standaard login/out code,s in the Shortcode list.

I am using Ver 2.1(15) and phone manager pro.
And when you say stations , what do you mean?

With stations i mean what type of telephone,s.
In 2.1 software i wouldt recomend to upgrade to 2.1(27).

The problem with in/out the Huntgroup using Phonemanager i heard many time,s, but not heard of any answer to solve the problem.

I hope sombody else can help you.

the phone manage bug is cured with PM V2.1.10
unfortunatly the V2.1.10 user disk shipps with V2.1.8
there is a patch availabel to upgrade this to V2.1.10 & should be available from your distributor
if not I have it availabel on my FTP serever

V2.1(27) is the best version of V2.1 availabel V2.1(15) & V2.1(24) are dogs & should not be used unless absoloutly necessary!
