Huntgroup calls won't stop ringing?

We have a huntgroup with seven members in five different cities. The calls come in over our SIP at the main location which works fine most of the time. Occationally they get a call where it rings on all of their phones, but it's a funny sounding ring, like it's cutting out. When they answer no one is there and it won't stop ringing until they unplug their phones and plug them back in. The other offices are connected to our main office via MPLS.
All offices are running IP Office 500's with firmware 5.0.18
Any ideas why this is happening?
 
Sounds like a big loop to me.

Could be this one:

What are the CQ numbers? Is this a bug in version 5.0.18?
Is there a fix in a later update to 5.0?

CQ number is there and the release where it should be fixed too :)
