I have a starplus sts in skin voice mail system with 8 co lines. We are using the autoatendant day and night. I have setup a greetings with options for different departments. I placed users in hunt groups for the departments to answer the calls. My problem is that the call will ring indeffinately once in the hunt group. I need it to ring a certain number of times and then if nobody answers to go to a voice mail box preferably a specific one for each department. It is a no brainer on the Avaya definity systems but I can't figure it out to save my life. Is there a work around for this. Thanks!
