I have an issues that just came to my attention. My normal setup for 3904's is KEY 0, primary DN, and KEY 1, Secondary DN. If the PDN is busy it rolls to the SDN.

I recently added an ACD queue to select phones. Now the PDN is on KEY 2 and the SDN is on KEY 5. When someone calls in while an employee is on their PDN, they get a busy signal. How do I fix this. Here is a sample set...

Remember, you need to out the set, and rebuild it. No changes to ACD sets. Causes corruption.

Set your LHK on all the phones to 5 (being your last dn on the phone). DO NOT DO A CHG!!! You need to out and rebuild them from scratch. If you do a chg to them you can/will corrupt your database.

Don't forget ACD protocal, not that you over looked it, but remember, if msb is active - busy. and there are settings not to allow DN calls if logged in and so fourth.
