Partner R6. This doctors office needs stations 10,11,12 & 13 to be able to ring at the same time when any calls are directed to them from either indise the office or from calls transferred by the R1 Partner Mail.
I can get all stations to ring at once by setting them up in a hunt group 4 and having the Partner Mail dial ext.74 and by making the operator ext also 74. However when the station are all ringing and a second call come in it is foreced into the system mail box.
I was hoping to use the Hunt feature #505 to set up a hunt as described in the manual. This tells me that if I set up these exts in their own hunt when a calls is placed to any ext it will ring 3 times then Hunt to the next.
I can't seem to get Partner to do this. Any suggestions. The doctors office manager is his wife and he is pretty demanding that things are done yesterday.
