Hunt Pilot ???

Hi

I have configured a HUNT PILOT-HUNT GROUP and LINE GROUP with 4 extensions. It´s working fine

But I cannot use the forward option in these extensions. I can see in the display the forward number but the incoming call doesn´t use the forward.

I think that the Line group overlap the forward option

I use CCM 4.2.3

The reason is that if a call enters a Pilot hunt dn then it is the hunt group which controls the call rather then the actual DN`s within the Hunt group - That way you do not get a user overriding the hunt set up.

If you want control over the hunt group tee better way is to configure a DN with the Pilot number either on a phone or in S/W then do a call forward all to the hunt group. This way you can then change the call forward all from Hunt group to another number
