Hunt Pilot FNA

Very new to CISCO but I have a Hunt pilot that forward no answers to voicemail and I want to extend it from 2 rings to 4 and I tried to change the maximum hunt timer and I could decrease it to a half a ring but not increase it. Is there another timer to increase it and can you tell me the steps to find it?

That would be the way to increase it. Rings are 4 seconds so if you wanted it for, i would set it for 16.

Thanks for the response. It was and still is set at 18 and it's only two rings. I even bumped it to 50 and 100 after I tried to change it to 20 with no change at all and no change on the increase.

Then I would say, its not routing the way you think it is. Meaning something else is in play.
