Hunt Pilot Call Manager 6.1

Help..
I have a translation of 0 going to a hunt pilot of 4000, this has 1 list that goes to a group of 2 D.Ns and is set to broadcast to both of them. One is a reception desk phone , the other is a 7921 wireless (incase away from reception).
I need to forward these on busy, no answer to an external number. I have edited the hunt pilot forward settings but this isn't working. The Hunt just exhausts after time out and goes beep beep?

Any ideas greatly appreciated

Can't give you the problem solver.(the busy forward won't work anyway because only one phone will be anwserd at a time)
But a nice work around would be....
instead of translating to the hunt group, translate to the desk phone. In this case the wireless phone won't ring when a second line comes in (in most case this drives someone mad when they are on the phone already).
Now you can make the no answer and busy forward on the line of the desk phone to the number you want.
The only thing now is that when the reception leaves their desk they have to set a manual forward in their desk phone to their wireless phone.
But this makes it also more flexible, because they can forward to any desired number. For example when the wireless phone is dead they can forward to a other desk phone or even a mobile number.
