Hunt List to Voice Mail

I have set up a hunt pilot, list and line group with 3 phones and programmed Hunt List log in/out buttons on each. At the end of the list, I programmed a phone and forwarded it to VM. All works well until the last number is accessed, to VM, I get a busy signal. Any Ideas?

Hunt lists only send calls to the devices in them, not to any destination the devices may be forwarded to (keeps calls from going to unintended destinations based on what a user may forward their phone to). What you want to do is update the hunt pilot. In there you can specify what to do when all ports are busy or unanswered. Don't forget to specify a CSS next to the destination.

Thanks for the reply, I was able to get the hunt pilot working. I had to make a few changes in Unity.
