I have a hunt group setup with five users. They would like that after a call goes through the hunt list the call go to one of the hunt members’ voice mail box.
In callmanager under Hunt Pilot Configuration/Hunt Forward Settings I have set the Forward Hunt No Answer/Forward Hunt Busy destination to the user’s phone number that they would like the message to go to.
After a call goes through the hunt list it will ring the user’s phone but never go into their personal voice mail, instead it goes to the generic Unity message.
