IP403 V2.1(27) with Voice Mail Lite. Incoming calls to route to "main" Hunt Group with queing turned on. If all agents are busy, the "calls in que" msg plays and then after 20 seconds the "calls are still in que" play. Can the time between messages be adjusted, and can I overflow calls if a call stays in que too long. Watching call status, the call bounces between que, voice mail (message plays), and back to que with the held timer resetting between each process.
