Hi,

I've been following this guide -
And have got as far as creating the list -

I hit an issue trying to do the bit in LD57

I thought the PLDN would be the list number from the first bit but that doesn't work & nor does any of the DNs in the list. What do I put?

PLDN is the Pilot number so it is a spare DN that is called to access the members in GHT 12 that you have created

eg pldn 8000 set it to RRB or LIN depending on Hunt type required and set the LSNO to 12

call 8000
call steps around extensions 8819 8722 & 8989

Can't I do it so they ring one of the existing numbers?

that would not be a hunt group. more of a call forward on busy/No-Answer to do next extension. You can do this by altering the forwards on the sets, down side is they will do this for all calls so no personal voicemail etc.

example all need CLS HTA FNA

Extension 8819
FDN & HUNT 8722

Extension 8722
FDN & HUNT 8989

Extension 8989
FDN & HUNT 8819

My guess is that "12" is your SPRE code!. It's found in LD 21 under FTR_DATA

i.e.
>LD 21

Go into LD 15 and change it. It's an old setting for analogue sets that was pulse dialing and you can change the number to a 4 digit one that is spare.

Thanks Bignose, looks like I'll have to talk to the users. I didn't use forwards etc as they have voicemail setup already.

Firebird, I made up the '12' as I thought it was just a unique name for the list, I didn't know it meant anything.
