I have setup a hunt group with 2 extensions in it. When I call the hunt group extension it only rings the first number, it will not roll to the second number, if the first one is not answered. I don't have a coverage path set up to go to voicemail when either of the phones are answered. Anyone have any ideas?

Hunt group config:

I'm pretty sure that the first station has to answer a call before the system sends the call to the 2nd station. The system bases the call distribution on answered calls.

If 7777 rings and is answered there is no need for it to go to 7771. If 7777 rings and is not answered it needs to roll to roll to 7771, which it is not doing. When a call comes in 7777 just rings and rings, it never rolls to 7771. I need it to roll.

Then, a hunt-group is not what you need.

Hardware platform? Definity / CM software version?

You should use coverage or station hunting
