Trying to replicate on a cs1000e 4.50 sw, a round-robin hunt group that is available on the existing hicom, i/c call cycles members once then forwards to a group mailbox on call pilot.The setup at present on the cs1000e i have linked a linear hunt gp. to a roundrobin hg. ist member on linear is the pldn of the rrb gp. 2nd member is mail,when all extns in rrb gp. are either busy or have ghd key activated the call does not step back to the second member of the linear gp.Does anyone know a solution to this problem or another way to achieve this call setup?

i would use rrb if i was looking for that treatment then put fdn and hunt on the sets to mail.. then with all members busy or a rna, mail can pickup.. didn't follow the complete call flow but then the hicomm is a strange beast.. went to school on the rls 1 9006 and it was almost a joke.. of course i couldn't laugh due to the fact i had two to install
