Hunt groups random change

I have 2 IP Office phone systems separated by routers and fiber optic cable. One is on vers 9.1 and the other is older and on 6.X. Recently I have had issues with some exts off the 9.1 system showing up in the hunt groups on the 6.X system. Just seems to be random. They replaced exts on the 6.X system. Any ideas where to start? Its a really odd issue.

In a personal opinion six and seven were flaky versions. You should concider the upgrade to match versions. Probably be money ahead for the time spent chasing bugs.

If I leave 6.X I lose the "Wallboard" app that they love so much. Is there a replacement? They just want to see wait time, # of calls in queue, etc for a CCR group.

Couldn't give much advise on that. We haven't sold a lot of the call center solutions.

If you just want a wallboard you can use Xima.

Seen that with SCNed systems where I configured the same user extension number on both systems.
