We're having an issue with incoming calls being routed incorrectly. If you call in from an outside line and put in a regular extension, you can reach it. However, if you put in the extension of a hunt group, all of those calls get routed to the same hunt group. Say you want to reach hunt group 301, 302, or 305, and enter that, they all ring to hunt group 300.
Internal calls all work correctly, it's just the inbound calls that this happens with. I've read everything I could find, double, triple, quadruple checked the settings, and I can't figure out why it's doing this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Voicemail Pro. Not sure which config or module you mean. Thanks!

It could just be a screen shot of the auto attendant module, if the connections between the actions are obvious. Otherwise, you can Export, and select only the AA module, then post it with the Attachment link at the bottom of the reply form.

Gotcha. I will reply with that tomorrow, after hours here. I appreciate your response!

Your route 3 goes to customer service or accounting which I will assume is 300 since you haven’t told us.

We can’t actually see the line for option 3

So when you press 3 that group will ring.
Any digits after the first 3 is ignored

If you dial 1xx that will route to extns starting With 100,101,102 etc

So use a different option number for whatever 3 dials and allow 3 to dial 3??

TTT will explain it better when he sees this as he is the expert on VMPro 😇

You should arrange the lines better so as you can easily see where the options go to. 😵‍💫

Connect 3 to a Menu with ?? for the Touch Tones and a 2 second Timeout.
The timeout connects to the Customer Service transfer action
The ?? connects to a Transfer that goes to 3$KEY

You want modules that are clear when you look at them? That you don't have to open each action to know what it does? Or have to click on lines to see where they go?
Label the Menus with the name of the Wav file
Make your transfer actions include the extension number in the Token Name
If 2 selections go to the same destination, but lines will cross if you just connect them, copy and paste the destination action and arrange the items so they don't cross.

Thank you for all of your help!
We renumbered the hunt groups into the 600 range and that fixed it.
