I have a hunt group set up DN632 with members DN229 and DN232. The hunt group is set up as rotary with a hunt delay of 4, queue time out of 30, and an overflow to the VM DN. The customer wants that if a call goes unanswered(greater than the 30 sec q timer)the caller is placed into the mailbox of the last ringing agent to share the work load. I was able to get it so that the caller is placed into DN229's VM by placing the hunt DN632 as an alternate ext. to DN229's VM box. Just wondering if anyone has an experience to share with regaurds to this request. Thanks Justin
