Hunt Groups and Voicemail

Hi,

I have a BCM50 v2.0. All patches are loaded.

The problem I have is the following:

Main number rings a sequential hunt group (2720) with three user in it. I've put the 4th 'user' as the voicemail extension number (4444) so on no answer the call goes to a voicemail greeting and mailbox that should notify the reception phone of new messages. I have set up a mailbox that is the same number as the hunt group (2720). The mailbox 2720 has the extension as the reception number (6200).
However the call goes to the general delivery mailbox on no answer. How can I get the call to go to the hunt group mailbox and notify reception of a new message?

If I put the system into night ring the call rings all the phones and then drops into the hunt group mailbox (2720) and this shows on the reception phone (6200). This is working correctly.

Change the extension number on the mailbox to be the hunt group DN and set the reception phone as one of the alternate extensions. You should find that will work.
