You can program the key as an MCR and this will ring on all the phones. That's the easy part.
But what do you mean by Remote Call Forward?
Do you want to be able to call in remotely to forward the phone to another DID?
Or do you want the phone to automatically forward to a remote extension, off the PBX.
It can be done either way. You would need to use Enhanced Time of Day routing for that phone.
I have used it in the following way.
Exec. has a phone. During the day 8:00am - 5:00pm the phone will forward to his admin. After 5:00pm and before 8:00am it rolls to his cell phone. Does this sound like what you want to do?
Do they all go home at the same time? Or, are they staggered, as to when they leave.
If they all go home at the same time you can set the TOD routing on the MARP phone and the calls will route to the night support desk.
Here's how.(Assuming MARP is turned on)
Program the MCR key on the phones. I will also assume you know how to do this.
in LD 15 you will need to change the RDR gateway.
Option CRTOD needs to be changed to YES. When you print out in ld 21 you will not see this if you do not use this.
When you change CRTOD to yes you will be prompted with the CRT0 and you will enter the SH SM EH EM (Starting Hour, Starting Minute, Ending Hour and Ending Minute - 17 00 08 00 - meaing transfer all calls from 5pm to 8am).
You can change all the day and holiday stuff too if you wish.
Then
On the MARP phone set you will need to change the CLS RTDD to RDTA. When you do this you will get the ARTO prompt and you can enter 0, then you can enter the numbers you want to transfer to.
Read about this before you do this, it's in the NTP's. It's not that hard, but not often used.
