We have a Hunt Group Setup (lines 801 - 808) to go to an auto attendant (Calling Group 3077). Now I am trying to setup a second Auto Attendant (Calling Group 6700) for a special project that we are doing. I called the phone company and had them remove line 808 from the original hunt group. I have setup the new Auto Attendant and added line 808 to the Lines in the Merlin Messanging. I can call ext 6700 from my phone and get to the new Auto Attendant, however when I call the line that is 808, it still goes to the original Auto Attendant. I am wondering if line 808 is in a hunt group within the PBX (as opposed to a Hunt Group created by the phone company)...and if so, how do I redirect line 808 to go to the new Auto Attendant (6700)?
