Our CEO wants his calls to ring on multiple extensions at least 4 times. Then wants the call to go to his voice mail if no one answers. He also wants to be able to use his phone while in the office so maybe it should ring on his line twice then ring on the other extensions (simultaneously 4 times) then fall back to his voice mail.
I'm not exactly clear on how to do this in IP Office older version 3.5. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
