Hello,
I have created the following hunt group with extension 4430. User wants; Firstly goes to ext 4585
if this is busy it then moves onto ext 4353 then 4760 followed by 4737 & then 4178 and if it is not answered at all it leaves voice mail on 4430.

Is it possible to create a voicemail for extension 4430, if there is the hunt group extension?

Yes, it is done in the voicemail, just divert group and extensions to voicemail number.

Do you know how to do ramdomly a huntgroup?
I have checked another post and in the 'SEL' ;1st: 0 for sequential selection of the hunt group extensions in exact order they were selected with GHGMI commands, 1 for selection of the most free member. Is there another option?

I have another question, you told me that group hunting extension in my case 4430 can be assigned a voicemail. Could you please tell what is the command to do it?
For a normal extension is easy to add a voicemail, there is an option in the extension, but for hunt group extension i cannot find the way to do a divert.

How can I give permission to divert to the hunting group? On the device I use * 24 * group hunting#. But the device responds "not assigned".

and is it possible to divert the huntgroup call to the persona voicemail of one of the members, in case that nobody replies?

I have tried to do so with the command
CDINI:DIR=Group Hunt,DIV=VoicemailOfMemberOfTheGroup;

as if it was diverted to the huntgroup voicemail, but writing instead one of the user's extension, and because he is not there to reply, I thought that the call would be supposed to divert to his personal voicemail as he requested... but it is not working :(

I have tried also to re-order the list of users of the hunt group by adding them again in a the order I need, putting this user the last one in the queue so that might help to the call to be finally diverted to his voicemail, but it is not working either :(

any idea?

If you divert the Hunt Group or extension in the Hunt Group to the Voicemail Group, when you call the Hunt Group it will go to the Hunt Group voicemail always, this is how it should work, the caller dialled the group not the individual.

You maybe can do work in the Voicemail by affiliating mailboxes so the message/MWI is in the Group mailbox but also presented to the Agent mailbox.
