hunt group

i have a bcm 400 3.7 which is using a hunt group out of ccr tree. if the call goes unanswered by either memeber, it over flows. once the overflow answers and parks the call neither of the memebers are able to use the park code to answer the call. no free buttons shows in the display, so i added another intercom button, still no luck.

any ideas? TIA

How does a hunt group overflow to a parked call.
Parked calls are invoked by using Feature 74..
Then your display tells you the parked number eg. 101 etc

the overflow target is answering the call, not overflowing to park.

If its overflowing to a single extn number then your other members will have to be in the Same PICK UP GROUP to pick up the call using feature 75.
