How do I set up a hunt group for stations 10,11,12,13 so when someone calls either via their intercom by dialing any of these extensions or when the AA routes them, they will ring on any available station and if that station is busy or does not answer it will try the next one and so on.

Try using #505 group 1. Assign the extensions you want in as 1 assigned. This will do a circular hunt just like the voicemail hunt group. Not exactly what you want but pretty close. Then dial intercom 771 or have AA point to intercom 771. What voicemail are you using?

Partner Mail. A cir. hunt is exactly what I need for them. I will try this. Should it ring a few times on each set if no one answers then go to the next automatically?

I was hoping to make it ring on all sets at all times however if tow cals are directed to these sets the second one goes to voice mail. I think it sees all stations as busy and over flows to the voice mail. I want all calls to ring with no voice mail. It is ending up on VM 10 or 9999

if you want all the phones to ring at the same time, set up a calling group. send the calls from the aa to the calling group number. calling group one= ext 71
cg2=x72
cg3=x73
cg4=x74

this is the same type of group you set up for paging through the phones. not the type you use for the vm ports. with partner mail, you could set up a vm box for the mb matching the calling group number, 71, 72, 73, or 74. you could set up the mb as transfer only, no recording ability. in the aa, i would use a selector code to transfer to the group, but the calling group number should work just fine as well.

if you need more help, post back.

I am using CG 71 for an ALL PAGE group so I assigned CG 72 to 10,11,12,13 I am still having 10 or 999 pick up becuase Parnter Mail R1 does not have a transfer only mailbox.

Right now I finally got the Hunt Group set up using hunt group 71 actually I have to dial 771 to make it work and have Partner Mail dial 771 as well. It works fine hunting from station to station after 23 rings. When all stations are busy it then goes to Partner Mail. Seems like less of a chance of it going there cause most of the times these station will not be busy all the time.

that is probably a transfer return setting on the vm ports bringing it back to the vm system. since it does not know where to go, it sends it to the cas, or general mb. pound 306 in system programming controls this, but you may not want to change it as it may effect other scenarios when a call transferred from vm goes unanswered.
