Hi all,

I have a CCM 4.1(2) and I have to configure a Hunt group with mobile phone number.
I have configured dummy phone with CallFwdAll enable to mobile phone number. But it seems to doesn't work...
Anyone has an idea of the way to do a such thing or is it impossible ?

Thx All

Fabian

By dummy phone, do you mean a phone with a dummy MAC address? If this is the case, try configuring this with a CTI Port instead.

Hi,

sorry but it is impossible to add a CTI port to a Line Group...
CFwAll is ok, but no possibility to add CTI port to a hunt group then...

You can forwad the Hunt Pilot to the mobile/cell phone, however, this will only ring that phone on RONA or Busy for the hunt group and is technically not an active part of the hunt group. It may still provide the solution if you don't mind the mobile phone being the last fallback device.

Hi,

I've already done it. What I want exactly, is a pool of mobile device. And if the first mobile doesn't answer, the call rings on the second mobile of the Hunt group and so on...

I still don't find any solution...

Thx

Since Cisco CallManager can't own/control the Mobile phones, they are not a part of the system and CallManager isn't aware of their status either (busy, no answer, etc).

Maybe you could use an external application like IPCC Express with a script which dials to a list of (mobile) numbers.
At this moment I am not sure if you could detect busy from the script when redirecting a call to an external destination, and act on it.

You can't add a CTI port to a Line Group but you can add it to a Hunt Group. But the CTI port would not be able to see the state of the mobile phone.
Go Service> Cisco CM Attendant Console and configure the Pilot Point and then Hunt Group. I have a CTI port in my Hunt Group that is CFWD All to Vmail. Just CFWD to the Mobile number with the proper CSS on the CTI port.

Thx for your post.
I think I'll try the ekrieger's solution.
Maybe it's the only one which can reach a mobile after having called an another one in busy mode (or NOAN)...

Thx

Fabian
