Hunt group with mixed formats

I need a hunt group with say 4 stations working first avaiable, and a 5th station which will handle calls only when all the others are busy. Does anyone know how that can be accomplished?

You need some ACD funtionality turned on. You could do it with Agents using skills and skill levels or through vectoring. But it's not going to come together until you have your ACD/Vector customer options enabled.
